We 100% understand that the 10 attending photographers will likely be on all kinds of different levels, so instead of offering "classes" where you sit, listen, and low key wonder what's for dinner, we'll be doing more casual business chats around the pool and one-on-one mentoring if desired.
We LOVE educating but we don't want anyone to feel forced to sit and listen to us ramble about business or photography topics. So we'll be available any time to chat about whatever topic you want and answer any questions you might have!

we'll be shooting at the down town gothic quarter in Barcelona city, a marina / beach that showcases a train periodically passing in the background, and at Masia Cabellut, a luxury wedding venue (where we'll also be staying during the duration of the retreat.

We'll be staying at a brand new wedding venue outside of Barcelona city - Masia Cabellut. This Masia is a modernized Spanish villa in the heart of Barcelonas wine country which means yes, we'll be surrounded by rolling hills and a lush vineyard! Each attendee will share a room & large bed with another attendee (2 of 5 rooms do have separate beds, you can request one of these rooms on a first come first serve basis).
We've already booked the best private chef for this event. Every meal (and lots of snacks) are included in your ticket! If you're into it, feel free to byob! You'll often catch Sierra & Cailynn with a wine glass in one hand 👌🏼 (wine will be available for purchase from the vineyard at the retreat house once you arrive).

6:00 PM arrive to accommodation at Masia Cabellut. Get settled in before we make new friends during our sunset wine tasting tour on site followed by a delicious dinner from our private chef.

after breakfast we'll begin shooting unreal wedding content at the Masia. Expect a full wedding table set up, wedding ceremony backdrop, and more. Our goal for this day is to get content that represents a real wedding which means we'll even have "wedding guests" for some parts of the day.
After a slow morning pack your camera bags & put on comfy shoes for a day in the city, we'll be hitting the gothic quarter, and finish with sunset content at one of our favorite little beaches on the Mediterranean coast.
Time to relax! chill by the pool, edit previous days images, exchange headshots with others, engage in casual business chats. or request one on one mentoring with either Sierra or Cailynn. We all earned this day to enjoy!
We all now start to miss our pets and people. After breakfast it's time to head home back to them full of memories, content, and our creative juices flowing!

** Retreat end time will be 10:00 AM Friday morning after breakfast.
** you'll likely fly into Barcelona airport. You'll then want to take a taxi or rent a car to arrive to the retreat house. It's roughly a 45 minute drive.
** We'll be hiring models who are real couples, comfortable in front of the camera, and we'll be doing our best to include LGBTQ+ models as well as all different kinds of skin tones and looks.
** Please note that Cailynn and Sierra are extremely chill about your desire to drink or not! Personally, it'll be hard for us to NOT have a glass of sangria in our hands 24/7 while in Barcelona!
** $950 USD deposit required to secure your ticket, the remaining amount is due 1 month before the retreat, a monthly payment plan will be drawn up if desired.
