This retreat is vacation/experience heavy. We wanted to offer a creative retreat that's truly a once in a lifetime trip in the Sahara Desert with the benefit of adding to our professional work portfolios. We take huge pride in creating an environment that's accepting and FUN. We're specifically looking forward to this retreat for the community, the culture, and for content that's sure to level up our businesses.

We 100% understand that our attendees will likely be on different levels and journeys in their careers, so instead of offering "classes" where you sit, listen, and are actually wondering what's for dinner, we'll be doing more casual yet in depth business chats around the pool, Q & A on any tops you'd like, and one-on-one mentoring if desired.
We don't want anyone to feel forced to sit and listen to us ramble about business or photography topics, so we'll be available any time to chat about whatever topic you want and answer any questions you might have! We absolutely love chatting about business and simultaneously learning from those around us. One of my favorite aspects of our retreats is that everyone has the opportunity to teach, learn, or both.
LEARNING MATERIAL
We'll be staying in a hotel located in Merzouga, Morocco that features a backyard view of the Sahara Desert! This hotel is full of unique architecture and is effortlessly photographable around every corner. Each attendee will share a room with either a large bed or separate beds (let Sierra or Cailynn know in advance if you would like to request specific sleeping arrangements).
All meals are included in your ticket price! Most of the meals consist of a buffet style spread featuring Moroccan cuisine: rice, roasted veggies, salads, couscous, tagine, etc. and most dietary restrictions/requests can be met.
For one of the 5 nights, we will be staying in a luxury 'desert camp' that we'll arrive to via camel at sunset. Each tent is spacious with 2-3 beds, air conditioning, and a full bathroom & shower - oh yes, we're glamping.
**if anyone does not want to ride a camel, transporatation via 4x4 car will be provided.

Throughout our entire itinerary of adventures and activities, we'll be accompanied by our two beautiful model couples who will be photo ready and spending genuine time with us. We plan on collecting tons casual content of our couples in planned scenarios around the pool, in the sand dunes, on camels, strolling the local market, on ATV's, at a desert campsite, and more.
Aside from casual engagement/honeymoon-like content, you can expect to capture a wedding ceremony complete with chairs, floral arrangements, and camels along with a wedding dinning table that we'll photograph and also enjoy for ourselves at dinner time.
**Exact floral visions and vibes for the shoots are subject to change alongside our own desires and the everchanging wedding trends over the upcoming months.
**We plan on embracing Moroccos naturally bohemian elements and design while keeping our florals and aesthetics classically modern yet trendy.

March 3rd - We'll be sleeping in after traveling into the desert late the previous night. We'll spend the first half of the day settling, getting to know each other, and exploring the hotel and its surroundings. the second part of the day we'll head into a nearby village for a tour of the local markets and surrounding area.

Early wake up call for a camel ride at sunrise before breakfast. While watching the sun come up at our destination in the dunes, we'll be snapping photos of our lovely couples around the sand and camels.
We'll then relax until the late evening when we'll pack an overnight bag + camera gear and head to a luxurious desert camp nearby for one night with our model couples! On the way to camp we'll have a pit stop to watch the sunset and surf the sand dunes on a sandboard if desired!
After breakfast we'll have time to capture our couples around the campsite if desired before heading back to our rooms at the desert hotel (a quick drive away). The morning will be reserved for relaxing before our large wedding shoots after lunch through sunset.
Time to relax! Chill by the pool, edit previous days images, exchange headshots, engage in casual business chats, or request one on one mentoring with either Sierra or Cailynn. We'll finish the day with an ATV tour over the dunes at sunset!

** When looking for flights, we've found that the best way to find a reasonable price is to look for a flight into Casablanca airport that lands on March 2nd any time before 8:30 PM. You'll then purchase an additional separate ticket from Casablanca to Errachidia airport on March 2nd at 11:00 PM and lands at midnight. At midnight, transportation will be provided to bring attendees to the desert hotel where you'll meet Sierra and Cailynn to show you your rooms and we'll all officially meet in the morning for a late breakfast and introductions.
** We'll be in an extremely remote location. Sierra has visited and stayed at this exact hotel more than once and has planned a retreat that's safe and will hopefully accommodate everyones individual needs. Please bring any questions or concerns to Sierra before purchasing a ticket.
** Please note that Cailynn and Sierra are extremely chill about your desire to drink or not! The hotel does not provide any alcohol, so we'll make sure that on day one there will be an opportunity for you to purchase any alcoholic beverages to bring back to the hotel with you. This is your vacation and as long as we're all being safe, we want you to enjoy it however you see fit!
** $950 USD deposit required to secure your ticket, the remaining amount is due 1 month before the retreat, a monthly payment plan will be drawn up if desired.
